Susan J.Barrett was born and raised in Plymouth, Devon and now lives in Torbay with her husband. She's the author of the middle-grade mystery, Layla Garina and the Second Chance Agency; the first book in the Layla Garina series and her debut novel. She's just released book two in the series: Layla Garina and the Aidan Initiative, and is writing book three. She enjoys running (yes, really!), and many of her ideas come to her while she's running between Torquay and Paignton, along the beautiful English Riviera coastline.-Amazon
