CHRIS LYNAM is a father of five, husband of one, and needer of sleep. His career for the last two decades has been as a ballroom dance studio owner and teacher. To most, that environment is a mystical realm filled with pirate shirts, rhinestones, and spray tan, but it is the location of the customer service and communication skills from his first book, The Choreography of Customer Service.
