Inspired by his realization that people make bad decisions because of poor risk management, career military police officer and Certified Protection Professional Kevin Andre White has penned his new book, "The Neighborhood Individual Protective Guide". In this book, White provides readers with countermeasures necessary to stay alert, stay free and stay alive when confronted by a variety of dangerous situations.
