Biography
**Miklós Ákos** (original name Miklós Ádler), ( Budapest , June 17 , 1911 – Sao Paulo , June 25 , 1985 ) Hungarian writer, journalist, literary translator. Some of his novels were published under the pseudonym D. Lord.
He started his career as a journalist, his first major novel was published in 1935. Many of his works have been published, although his works written before 1945 border on pulp novels. He is best known for his youth novels: Nyomoz a VII/A (1943); On Vacation VII/A (1934); Varga Annus (1951), etc. After the 1956 revolution , he settled in Israel , where he republished some of his novels. Full steam ahead. In 1951, a film with the same title was made from his novel, for which he also wrote the screenplay. In 1957 immigrated to Brazil and settled in Sao Paulo.
