Nafis Sadique Shatil (born December 1, 1993, in Jashore, Khulna, Bangladesh) is a Bangladeshi author, blogger, and human rights activist.

Shatil is the author of several notable books, including Debating God with a Brain – a satirical and logical exploration of religious fallacies; From Apple to Algorithm – a biographical journey through the lives of world-changing scientists; Adventure of Ryan and George – a fiction novel blending curiosity and imagination for younger audiences; and The Atheist Who Met God and the Devil – his most daring work yet, a satirical journey through heaven, hell, and all the questions religion avoids. He continues to inspire readers around the world to question more, think freely, and live with intellectual courage. Due to his outspoken criticism of religious extremism and his advocacy for free thought, Shatil has faced repeated threats from fundamentalist groups.

In 2024, Nafis Sadique Shatil was forced into exile for his safety but continues his activism from abroad, using his pen as a tool for resistance and awareness.

Nafis Sadique Shatil is also the founder of Minority Watch, a research and publishing platform dedicated to amplifying the voices of oppressed communities and advocating for the rights of minorities worldwide.
