Associate professor at University of Poitiers (since 2000), Getty Scholar at the Getty Research Institute (Getty Foundation, Los Angeles, 2008-2009), Editor-in-chief of the journal Histoire de l'art (2005-2010), Head of the Department of History of Art and Archaeology (2012-2014).
