Biography
US author of a Star Trek: The Next Generation (1987-1994) Tie, Star Trek: The Next Generation: Chains of Command (1992) with Bill McCay, which involves a slave revolt and subsequent problems with bird-like Aliens. As E L Flood she had previously contributed to the Tales of Terror series of brief (48pp) retellings of popular horror films, each including an appendix on the special effects used [see Checklist below]. Welcome Inn #1: Secret in the Moonlight (1994) as E L Flood is one of four contributions to the Welcome Inn fantasy Shared World series, all as E L Flood; Charmed: The Legacy of Merlin (2001) is a Tie to the television fantasy series.
