Biography
Dr. Alexander G. Flor is Professor of Information and Communication Studies at the University of the Philippines-Open University. He was founding Dean of the Faculty of Information and Communication Studies serving two terms and was Vice Chancellor for Research and Development. He held the SEAMEO SEARCA-sponsored University of the Philippines Centennial Professorial Chair in 2008 and has served as professor of strategic communication of the University of the Philippines Los Baños College of Development Communication.
