Biography
Alejandro Cabeza (Aug 18, 1971) is a leading Spanish painter specializing in oil portraiture and landscape. He graduated in 1993 from the San Carlos Faculty of Fine Arts at the Polytechnic University of Valencia. His career has been documented in essential reference works such as the Dictionary of 20th Century Valencian Artists (1999) and Artists Who Leave a Mark (2000). In 2001, the Provincial Council of Valencia published his book of landscapes, Luz Valenciana.
His work is characterized by a vigorous technique and deep introspection, leading his portraits to become part of the permanent collections of numerous prestigious national and international institutions.
