Biography
Dr. Wen M. Chow is current Professor of Quantitative Methods at the California State University, Fullerton, teaching computer science, statistics and operations research. For the past ten years he has served as computer systems manager in the Plastics Division of Union Carbide Corporation (1958-1968).
