Daughter of Admiral William Radford and step-granddaughter to William Clark (explorer). Married Russian diplomat Vladmir de Meissner. Author of several books and magazine articles. Her book "Old Naval Days" is a prominent resource for biographers of William Clark. She, however, seems forgotten. Photo [between ca. 1910 and ca. 1915] is from the Bain News Service.
