Dan A. Brown, P.E.

Dr. Dan A. Brown is President and Senior Principal Engineer of Dan Brown and Associates. He holds a B.S. (1976) and an M.S. (1977) in the Civil Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, and a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from University of Texas (1985). He has authored or co-authored numerous publications, including *Geotechnical Engineering Circular No. 8: Design and Construction of Continuous Flight Auger Piles* (2007) and *Geotechnical Special Publication No. 226: Recent Advances in the Selection and Use of Drilled Foundations* (2012).
