The following Description, with the Extracts of Letters patent, and proceedings of Committees for Dividing and settling the Townships of Gage, Burton, Conway, Sunbury, and other Tracts of St. Johns River, in the Province of Nova Scotia, are now collected by the Proprietors in Canada ; and published for the General Information of all persons, concerned or desirous to make settlements in that Country
