Biography
Alireza Abedizadeh (Persian: علیرضا عابدی زاده; born on January 2, 1998) is an Iranian political and social activist, writer, novelist, and English teacher. He was born in Mashhad, Iran, and raised in the small town of Boshrouyeh, Ferdows, where his grandmother lived. From childhood, he knew he wanted to be a writer. "I had to spend a lot of time entertaining myself," he told an interviewer in 2021. "I found books at a really young age and fell in love with books." He began his professional writing career by writing plays and later turned to novel writing. His most famous work "Masquerade", written in English, is still in the process of being published in Iran. However, the author gained significant popularity among readers of mystery, crime, and romantic genres, by releasing just the first chapter on Google Play Books and other social platforms.
