Biography

Dr. Hanane Benkhallouk is an award-winning author, global consultant, and innovation strategist with over two decades of international experience across North America, North Africa, and the Middle East. Currently the Executive Director of Sustain Leadership Consultancy, she is known for helping organizations embrace inclusive, sustainable, and human-centric transformation.

With a Doctorate in Business Administration and an MBA, Hanane advises Fortune 500 companies, government entities, SMEs, and entrepreneurship ecosystems. Her work centers on innovation strategy, culture change, DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion), and future-of-work initiatives—especially as they align with national economic diversification agendas.

Hanane's thought leadership has been featured in outlets such as Harvard Business Review Arabia, Forbes Middle East, Stanford Social Innovation Review in Arabic and Arabian Business. She is the author of the book Seeds of Change, where she explores the power of mindset shifts in leadership and society, and she has been granted the UAE Golden Visa as an Author.

Her global impact has earned her several honors, including the Saphira Award (Government of Morocco, 2016), Woman in Leadership Award (2018), Game Changer Award (2019), Golden Titan of Africa Award (2023), and the Mastercard Women SME Leaders Visionary Award (2024). In 2025, she was named Woman of Impact Leader by the Middle East Institute of Excellence.
