Güneş Tolon

He was born on October 15, 2004 in Istanbul / Kadikoy. He is the fifth generation of the Tolon family, who produced the first washing machine and electric motor in Turkey. He finished primary school in Göztepe Primary School in Istanbul. Then he continued to BİLFEN Ataşehir. He moved to Izmir during these years. He graduated from BİLFEN Izmir in 2018. He studied at American Collegiate Institute. He is a member of Wikimedia Turkey, Dijital Bilgi Derneği and Republican People's Party. In 2023, he changed his surname to Tolon by court decision. In 2024 Turkish local elections, he became Fatih Municipality Council Member Candidate. Now he is studying at Istanbul University Faculty of Economics and AUZEF Political Science and Public Administration. Also, he became a member of Republican People's Party Istanbul Youth Branches Culture and Art Commission.
