Biography
Richard Griffiths is an experienced and respected service management expert, and has worked as a practitioner, trainer and consultant in all aspects of ITIL for a number of organizations worldwide. He has been a question compiler and examiner at all levels for ten years and uses the knowledge gained from running many Foundation courses to tailor his writing to the audience of potential candidates.
