Georgina M. Synge

Georgina Mary Synge, née Graves, was born in Lowestoft, Suffolk, England, to Rev. Richard Drought Graves (c. 1833-71) and his wife, Henrietta Catherine Graves. She was married to Alexander Hamilton Synge (1856-1912). She published several books, including *A Ride Through Wonderland* about her tour with her husband through Yellowstone National Park on horseback, *Dickie* (as Mrs. Hamilton Synge), and *Glory*.
