Biography
Evan Stark, Ph.D, MSW is a forensic social worker who has served as an expert in more than 100 criminal and civil cases, consulted with numerous federal and state agencies, including the FBI and the Centers for Disease Control, and won a number prestigious awards for his work. He is currently serving as Professor of Pulic Affairs and Administration at Rutgers University in New Jersey.
