Biography
**Eulogio Omar Montalvo** is a chronicler or *cronista* of Santiago, a municipality located in Nuevo León, Mexico.
He was born in 1944 in El Cercado, Villa de Santiago, Nuevo León. He completed a bachelor's degree in Education at the Escuela Normal "Miguel F. Martínez" (1962) and a master's degree in Spanish Language and Literature at the Escuela de Graduados "Moisés Sáenz Garza", both in Monterrey, Mexico.
