Biography
CHAOGEJILATU is a Japan-based environmental scientist affiliated with the National Agriculture and Food Research Organization (NARO), Tsukuba, Japan. His research focuses on climate-change impacts on agriculture, remote sensing, land-use and land-cover change, agro-environmental modeling, snow cover and crop modeling, and sustainable agro-ecosystem management.
He was born in Tongliao, Inner Mongolia, China, on 8 March 1980. He studied at Edogawa University, Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology, and the University of Tsukuba, where he earned a PhD in Environmental Studies. His scholarly work addresses climate resilience, food security, crop productivity, environmental change, and geospatial analysis using satellite data, including MODIS and Landsat.
