Married with 2 adult daughters, 6 grandchildren and more nieces and nephews than I can count. I am retired from the United States Coast Guard and do occasional work as an independent consultant teaching emergency response. I have always loved the fantasy/sci-fi genre and most of my favorite books fall within this category. I really started writing more seriously when my daughter M.R. Polish asked me to co-author a fantasy book with her. I can't say for sure, but I think she tricked me... Or maybe even put a spell on me.-Amazon
