Biography
Paul "Peter" Ifland was an undergraduate of Texas Christian University and received his Doctorate from the University of Texas. He was a career executive in research and development for Procter and Gamble in Cincinnati, Ohio and Brussels, Belgium until his retirement in 1991. He was a Commander in the U.S. Navy Reserve.
