Biography
Hanay Geiogamah is a Native American playwright, television and movie producer, and University professor. In is work as a playwright as well as in the Hollywood scene, he has mainly focused on a Native American theme with works such as *Coon Cons Coyote*, *Body Indian*, *The Broken Chain*, *The Only Good Indian*, and others.
He has served as an advisory body on the National Film Preservation Board to the Library of Congress' National Film Registry, and served as the director of the University of California in Los Angeles (UCLA) American Indian Studies Center as well as the co-director to "Project HOOP" (Honoring Our Origins and Peoples).
