Biography
Darren Davies (1968) was born in Portsmouth, United Kingdom, to welsh parents, and grew up in Newport, South Wales. For five years he taught in several South Wales colleges and was an Assessor for the Welsh Joint Education Committee. He is the author of various City & Guilds courses, include Computer Aided Design, 3D animation and .NET programming, and re-wrote most of the IT NVQ1/2/3/4 and CLAIT courses. He is currently a freelance C++ games programmer for many well-known software houses and a beta-tester for most Autodesk products.
His first book, "How to Manage your Weight, and be Fitter, Sat on your Arse! (2012)" has been a great success. He is currently working on a companion book for it. It includes many success stories, and a vast section of Q&As that surfaced from the books readers.
