Biography
Ryan Van Lenning is a writer and citizen journalist, focus issues of social justice, sustainability, local community issues, abuse of corporate power, peace & militarism, urban agriculture/food justice, and local/world travel.
He has a B.A. in Philosophy and an M.A. in Humanities. He taught for 5 years in the Humanities Department at Sinclair College, teaching and creating courses in Philosophy, Critical Thinking, Environmental Ethics, Comparative Religions, and World History.
Since relocating to the Bay Area, CA, he has worked on peace, social justice, and sustainability issues and written for online and print publications. He has traveled to or lived in over 15 countries.
