William Thomas Magruder, Jr.

Born in Baltimore, MD the son of Merry Clayton Hamilton & William Thomas Magruder. He was a graduate of Stevens Institute of Technology of Hoboken, NJ in the 1880's. He joined Ohio State University as head of the Mechanical Engineering department in 1896 and held that position for 33 years.
In 1891 he married Ellen Fall Malone of Nashville, TN.
