Francisco Alfonzo Ravard

He was born in Caracas, Venezuela. The second son of Santiago Alfonzo Rivas and Isabel Ravard Bauder. He died in Caracas, Venezuela in 1968. He was 52 years old. He never married. He studied law at Universidad Central de Venezuela. He graduated "Summa Cum Laude". He participated as a member of the Venezuelan Delegation at the San Francisco Conference, where the United Nations Organization was born. He later lived in New York holding several positions within the Venezuelan Embassy to the United Nations, including "Alternate Ambassador".
