Biography
Al O’Hanlon retired from the Air Force as a Major where he served as an electronics systems officer. He subsequently worked as an Internal Auditor for American Express, a Real Estate Broker and several other minor jobs, such as teaching, a supervisor for the Census Bureau, a postal worker, and a supervisor for the Florida Department of Transportation. He graduated from Chapman University of Orange California with a degree in Business Administration & Economics. He is also a Private Pilot, has run seven marathons with a best time of 2:59, and is also the author of the timeless book REFLECTIONS. Al gained his knowledge of health and nutrition from his days of competing as a distance runner and his successful treatment of diabetes . He is a native of East Liverpool, Ohio and now lives in Fort Lauderdale and Hawaii.
